We’re looking for a passionate, detail-oriented, and energetic Social Media Executive to join our team at The Card Co., Spectrum Sustainable Print, and House of Spectrum.

 

The ideal candidate is a storyteller at heart — with an eye for aesthetics, a love for visuals, and the agility to turn creative ideas into engaging content. Arabic fluency is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Develop and manage monthly content calendars for all brand accounts across multiple platforms.

• Create engaging posts, captions, and visual briefs aligned with each brand’s tone and aesthetic.

• Coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers for content production and photoshoots.

• Handle community management — respond to comments, DMs, and brand mentions promptly and professionally.

• Monitor analytics, generate monthly performance reports, and recommend actionable improvements.

• Support paid ad campaigns, assist with content boosting, and compile reports on ROI and engagement.

• Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activities.

• Assist in influencer collaborations, campaign execution, and event coverage (including on-site photo/video support).

• Contribute creative ideas and ensure consistency in visual storytelling across all brand touchpoints.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of social media management experience (internship or agency experience preferred).

• Excellent command of English; Arabic fluency is an advantage.

• Proficiency with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, Canva, etc.).

• Strong writing and communication skills with a flair for storytelling.

• Photography skills and a creative eye for detail in framing, lighting, and aesthetics.

• Basic photo/video editing skills are a plus.

• Enthusiastic, passionate, and driven to grow within a dynamic, fast-paced creative environment.

 

Package:

 

The salary package will be discussed based on experience, ranging between AED 5,000 to AED 7,000 per month.
