REFUND POLICY
As all our products are made to order, we sadly cannot accept any returns. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our utmost to help rectify the issue. We do not accept responsibility for spelling and grammar errors on printed items where the wording has been supplied by yourself or where the proof was approved by yourself prior to printing and production.

COPYRIGHT:
All designs remain the intellectual property of The Card Co.. Only the Card Co. has the exclusive right to reproduce the copyrighted work or to authorize its reproduction.
THIRD-PARTY COPYRIGHT MATERIAL
It is your responsibility to obtain permission to use any third-party copyrighted material, for example, poems that you would like to feature within the stationery.

PAYMENT:
Payment in full of the total order price will be required to confirm your order and secure your date.

CANCELLATION, ERRORS, AND RETURNS:
All monies paid are non-refundable. All our work is bespoke so once an order is placed, we order the materials and custom printing blocks needed for the order and cannot provide any refunds. We reserve the right to cancel the order at any time until the order has been delivered for any reason and refund the customer in full.
Prices may be subject to change without notice. Every effort is made to display the costs accurately. However, on rare occasions, prices may fluctuate. In this instance, we will update the price and inform the customer so that they can decide whether to continue with the order at the updated price.

SHIPPING:
​
We offer shipping primarily for international orders. In all cases, the client remains liable for all costs incurred, including insurance etc. The Card Co., will not be liable for any damage or delay of the products due to shipping issues.
All orders are shipped within 2- 3 business days after production and quality control checks are complete. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please note that shipping charges vary by country, and we cannot provide an accurate estimate until the job or project is completed.
We will update you via email once your order has been delivered for shipment so that you may use your tracking number to check on its progress.

CUSTOM TAXES AND DUTIES:
We strive to provide a smooth shipping experience, offering door-to-door delivery wherever possible. However, please keep in mind that the process will be subject to customs and any other regulations that we need to comply with for each country. The Card Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).

Returns
We accept returns for unused and unopened items within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be in original packaging.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Customized or personalized items cannot be returned.

Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed within 7 days for unused and unopened items.
For exchanges, the customer is responsible for the pickup and redelivery fee (also called two-way courier charges).
The fee will be communicated before the exchange is processed.
Exchange requests depend on product availability.

Incorrect Items
If you receive a wrong item, we will replace it at no extra cost, including pickup and redelivery.

How to Request a Return or Exchange
Contact us at frontdesk@thecardco.ae with your order number and we’ll assist you.

Damaged or Defective Items
​
If you believe an item arrived damaged or defective, please notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
You must provide clear photos or videos showing:
- the damaged area
- the packaging
- the shipping label
Our team will review the evidence to determine if the damage occurred before delivery or due to shipping.
If confirmed as a manufacturing or shipping issue, we will provide a free replacement or refund.
If damage is due to misuse, handling, or after delivery, the item will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

1. General
This website is operated by Spectrum UAE Ltd. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We sell items including notebooks, cards, pens, and related stationery.

2. Products
We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately. Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings.

3. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Payments must be completed at checkout using the available payment methods. Prices are listed in AED and include VAT where applicable.

4. Shipping & Delivery (UAE)
Our online store processes orders from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location but usually take 2–5 business days within the UAE. Delays may occur due to courier or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Refunds

These Terms are governed by UAE laws. Any disputes will be handled in UAE courts.
