REFUND POLICY
As all orders are customized and specially made to order we sadly cannot accept any returns. If there is a problem with your order please contact us and we will do our utmost to help and rectify the issue. We do not accept responsibility for spelling and grammar errors on printed items where the wording had been supplied by yourself or where the proof was approved by yourself prior to printing and production. All designs are the copyright and property of The Card Co. neither you nor a third party, may copy any part of the design or reproduce it in any way. It is your responsibility to obtain permission for any copyrighted material, for example, poems that feature within the stationery.
PAYMENT:
A non-refundable booking deposit of 100% of the total order price will be taken at the time of booking to confirm and secure your date.
CANCELLATION, ERRORS AND RETURNS:
All monies paid are non-refundable should an order be cancelled post-deposit paid. Our work is a bespoke custom hand-made and once a deposit is paid we order the materials and custom printing blocks needed for the order and cannot provide any refunds once a deposit is paid. We reserve the right to cancel the order at any time until the order has been delivered for any reason and refund the customer in full.
Prices may be subject to change without notice. Every effort is made to display the costs accurately. However, on rare occasions, mistakes happen. In this instance, we will correct the mistake and inform the customer so that they can decide whether to continue with the order at the correct price.
The Card Co. does not offer shipping for finished materials or products, to prevent any accidental damage to any of our client's products and to avoid incurring any fees for both parties.
SHIPPING:
We usually require clients to collect / pick-up methods for the requested finished products at our boutique within a certain timeframe allowed, from concept, design, production, and quality control check.
In any other specific request such as:

The client requests to have the finished products shipped; the client shall handle all shipping costs, methods, and The Card Co., will not be liable for any damage or delay of the products. This applies to international clients.

In any given circumstance, whereby the product got damaged, we can only provide a reprint based on a new quote request. We do not offer refunds currently.
IN ANY EVENT, THE CLIENT MUST OPT TO SHIP DUE TO LOCATION AND AVAILABILITY.
Please note the following information:
All orders are processed within 2- 3 business days after production and quality control check. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, please contact the shipping partners.
DAMAGES:
The Card Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your products damaged, please contact the shipment carrier of your choice to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
CUSTOM TAXES AND DUTIES:
The Card Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).
